Key Responsibilities

As a QA Engineer at Zoho, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through rigorous testing. Your role will involve both manual and automation testing, creating large data sets, conducting back-end testing, and validating information as it flows through the system. You will also assist developers, support representatives, and product managers in debugging issues and re-testing fixed bugs to ensure they are resolved.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have experience in manual and automation testing, with a strong knowledge of Java Programming (including data types, variables, operators, flow control statements, methods, exception handling, file handling, database operations, and OOPS concepts). Proficiency in MySQL/PgSQL, Selenium, and JMeter is essential. Candidates should also possess excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field is preferred.
